this little guy found me as i was out for a quick walk with the camera in order to avoid killing people at work. he actually crawled up on to my boot while i was taking pictures of a tree, so i'm glad i didn't step on him. when i picked him up, he was completely relaxed, and only got fidgety when i told him the shots would inevitably wind up on some tumblr.
expect more of him, though i haven't had a look at more than a few frames to examine quality.

We had some rainy-misty days recently and I happen to witness this delicious mauve mist over the dales and valleys of Toronto. Can't resist to capture it and add to my series of seasonal impressions of a vast view over Rosedale and Don Valley of Toronto, as seen right from Downtown at North-East direction.
Even if the series was a year project that I already completed, why not to add such a significant moment to the collection :-)

Wellesley Park. In a Quiet Place. April

Continuing my new seasonal series - Visiting Wellesley Park... depicting a small but charming park located in Cabbagetown area here in Toronto.
So here is April update on this charming scene with tranquil trees that is situated just right to the perfect maple tree from this series. The whole series was taken last year, so what you see is our last spring which was pleasantly early and warm. But now new green is starting to appear too - what a delight :-)

Wellesley Park. Greening Forest Glade. April

Continuing my new seasonal series - Visiting Wellesley Park... depicting a small but charming park located in Cabbagetown area here in Toronto.

Did cast my planetary magic on Toy-ronto cityscapes of the purple hour kind with our origami hot air balloons ! It's from one beautiful summer evening when we had the delicious purple clouds covering the whole sky :-) The sky colour is real - it was beautiful!
